Sensing the Relevant / London (UK)

About The Event
Time and time again, we are presented with blanket solutions and popular trends which disregard the reality of our bodies as a state constantly erased by the new.
How can we free ourselves from the trap of living with the results of other people’s thinking? And instead confidently navigating a non-binary practice to craft highly individual solutions of our own.
This workshop encourages us to honour our inherently primal selves, moving away from the mind and into the body. Remember how to experience phenomenally, which is to know through the senses, rather than thought and intuition. Acknowledging that all answers are temporary, foster the sensorial practice of moment to moment presence as a compass towards finding pleasure relevant to our ever changing needs.
Take ownership of our practice, alongside the community who will serve as experiential mirrors and whose perspectives are catalysts for our own.
Open to all, but particularly useful for teachers and self-practitioners looking to gain confidence in self-led explorations.
