Moving with me often starts from one question : How would I like to continue moving as I age? While strength and flexibility may develop, the practice I share prioritises agency, pleasure and expression.
I draw from years of moving across modalities — including dance, qigong, martial arts, calisthenics and bodywork. What I share in practice always comes back to what yoga means to me beyond asana.
How we move
Move with me in different ways

I seldom prescribe technique. Instead I suggest situations for us to find our own technique. We flow in dynamic alignment, using movement patterns to reveal gaps in our awareness and cultivate grace.
You can generally expect guided movement exploring subtle energetics, spinal articulation and joint mobilisation across varying intensities. Engage with my suggestions as you wish — detours also encouraged.
