Pleased to be contributing a module to this pioneering teacher training which also includes modules on cultural appreciation, ethics and race equity. I will be sharing Beyond Asana, where we zoom out a little beyond and deep into ourselves as beings of expression.

Join me for a long weekend retreat in Skagen, the northernmost point of Denmark. Explore a striking coastal landscape of wide beaches, protected nature, and open skies, with twice-daily yoga including practice immersed in nature, art and cultural experiences, and moments of quiet stillness.
