The Second Day : A New Year Practice

Come together to explore what we wish to continually tend to and follow through in 2022. What remains when newness fades.

The session begins with movement, activating our physical bodies through a rhythmic circular flow as we journey from the dynamic to the restorative calm. We will venture beyond traditional yoga asana towards freedom in expression. 

Practice will then be followed by some journaling and conversation. In this #bravespace, we will bring to surface our core values and recognise what we have already been doing in service of these values, where else they can show up in our life. We will call upon longevity and ongoing curiosity in our practices of intention beyond fleeting desires.
