Daily Forms


What are the movements you'd like to be able to continue doing for the rest of your life? Practice them everyday because if you don't use it, you lose it. Here are some of mine to get you started with your own ideas. You can expect a variety of simple and scalable sequences designed to serve as moving meditations to ease the body into mobility and even greater modes of expression. This practice is inspired by my ongoing research with Ferus Animi // Terra Nova.
